What is Generation i?

Generation i Studios was formed in 2009 by veterans of the gaming industry who were tired of making other people's games. Simply put, Generation i makes games that we'd like to play... without VC or client interference. Casual games made by gamers, who put game play first and bottom line second.

Technology is responsible for an entire new class of video games. 3D graphics and processors take us places we've only imagined. But thanks to the web, and the recent rise of mobile devices, a new breed of video game is on the rise. Casual gaming is not only more popular than ever, but also has the potential to become the place for innovation. With small budgets and big ideas, the casual game can focus on game play rather than eye candy. The landscape of gaming is changing, and Generation i will be there.

Just one! The company is currently focusing on putting Texas Mahjong on as many platforms as possible. Several new games are in the planning stages, including another solitaire game, and a social networking simulation game.
